A collective work of the group Bajour, À l'Ouest explores questions of mourning, memory and forgetting. To come to terms with the accidental death of their brother and sister, a group of siblings must face their ghosts. Stories of the past diverge as memories trace different paths. Delving into the intimacy of the family, À l'Ouest speaks of how, to build the future, you have to know where you came from.
Founded by graduates of the TNB Drama School, the Rennes-based collective BAJOUR brings together actors, musicians and set designers. In 2017, they won an award at Festival Impatience for Un homme qui fume c’est plus sain, which premiered in 2016 at TNB’s Mettre en Scène.
