Suite à une invitation du Gate Theatre (Londres), Jean-Pierre Baro a créé en novembre 2017 à Londres son premier spectacle en langue anglaise, sur un texte de Magali Mougel traduit par Chris Campbell.

À force d'avoir simplement répondu à la norme, aux conventions, aux injonctions d'une vie familiale, économique et sociale, Suzy a oublié ses propres désirs et perdu le sens de son existence. Cinématographique, picturale, moderne tout en s'inscrivant profondément dans la tradition théâtrale par ses références multiples à la tragédie antique, la pièce offre un formidable champ d'exploration pour une équipe de création franco-anglaise. Ici le présent, le passé, le futur s'entrechoquent et dialoguent pour dévoiler le mouvement d'une vie qui bascule.
